摘　　要： 全面从严治党是中国共产党一次"找回政党"的行动,这一行动明确将治党确定为执政的前提和基础。通过构建政党治理的分析框架可以发现,当前全面从严治党的展开背景是回应长期执政条件下的危机和风险,其战略布局是通过确立党建政绩观和党建责任制,开展作风建设、思想建设和整治腐败来提升有效执政的能力。然而,深入推进政党治理仍然面临着提升制度化和适应性的深层问题,须从形成整体合力,实现常态运行,增强回应性和有效执政能力等方面予以协同推进。 Strengthening Party discipline comprehensively is a move of ＂Bring the Party Back＂ by the CCP.This move indicated that governing Party was the prerequisite of governing the state.Based on the frame of party governance,it showed that Strengthening Party discipline comprehensively by the CCP was responsible for the political risky from long-term ruling.The ruling party took the party building as political performance and accountability,and carried out the building of work style,ideology and anticorruption to improve the ruling ability effectively.However,Strengthening Party governance further still faces the inner problems such as institutionalization and adaptation
