摘　　要： 随着人民币国际化进程和一带一路战略的推进,我国商业银行越来越多地"走出去",开展国际化经营。本文基于我国16家上市银行2006-2016年的微观数据,研究我国银行国际化经营与风险承担的关系。实证结果表明:现阶段我国商业银行开展国际化经营会增大其风险承担水平。针对我国商业银行国际化经营过程中的风险管理,本文从商业银行和监管当局两方面提出相应的政策建议。 With the advance of internationalization of RMB and the Belt and Road strategy, more and more Chinese commercial banks operate globally. Based on the data of 16 listed commercial banks from 2006 to 2016, this paper studies the relationship between international operation and risk-taking of Chinese commercial bank. The result shows that the international operation of Chinese commercial bank increases their risk- taking level at current stage. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for banks and supervisors to manage risk of commercial banks in the process of internationalization.
