摘 要: 多元互动下的教师校本教育模式主要是指通过创造多边互动的环境,以发展教师的专业能力为目标,开展全新的教学研究活动。当前,在教师专业发展过程中,仍然存在着师生、教师之间互动不深入的现实问题,降低教师专业能力发展的自主创造性。对此,文章分析阻碍校本教育活动落实的关键因素,并提出强化校际合作、打通同伴互助渠道、搭建校本教育实践体系等策略,以期为英语教师专业发展提供帮助。 The school-based education model for teachers under diverse interactions mainly refers to a new teaching and research activity aimed at developing teachers'professional abilities by creating a multilateral interactive environment.Currently,in the process of teacher professional development,there is still a practical problem of insufficient interaction between teachers,students,and teachers,which reduces the independent creativity of teacher professional ability development.In this regard,the paper analyzes the key factors that hinder the implementation of school-based education activities,and proposes strategies such as strengthening inter school cooperation,opening up channels for peer assistance,and building a school-based education practice system,in order to provide assistance for the professional development of English teachers.
