摘 要: 从颠覆性创新和场景理论的视角,结合互联网典型企业的核心产品——腾讯微信的案例,运用案例研究方法对微信的发展历程等相关素材进行整理分析,总结微信的颠覆性创新路径以及场景理论对颠覆性创新的驱动及创新生态系统对创新组合的链接作用,认为以微信为代表的“技术+市场”型颠覆性创新技术具有市场主流产品不具备的优点,而且还具有明显的创新特性,能够在不同场景下被灵活运用。基于此,提出加强创新生态系统建设、构建数字化场景的新模式等建议。 From the perspective of disruptive innovation and scenario theory,combined with the case study on Tencent WeChat,the core product of typical internet enterprises,this paper sorts out and analyzes the development process of WeChat and other relevant materials,and summarizes the new disruptive innovation path of WeChat,the driving effect of scenario theory on disruptive innovation and the link effect of innovation ecosystem on innovation combination.It is believed that disruptive technology with"innovative+marketing"features like WeChat has prominent innovative characteristics and can be flexibly used in different marketing scenarios,and thus triumphs current mainstream products.On this basis,some suggestions such as strengthening the construction of innovation ecosystem,building a new model of digital scene are put forward.
