摘　　要： 高校毕业生就业问题已成为我国社会关注的焦点。这关系到我国经济的可持续发展;关系到加快企业转型升级的步伐。因此,本文分析了目前高校毕业生就业存在的主要问题,探讨高校毕业生如何更好地跟企业对接,从而拓宽高校毕业生就业门路,增加高校毕业生的就业机会。 Employment of college graduates has become the focus of our attention. This is related to the sustainable devel-opment of China's economy;relationship to accelerate the pace of corporate restructuring and upgrading. Therefore, this pa-per analyzes the main problems existing in the current employment of college graduates, college graduates to explore how to better butt now, so broaden employment opportunities for college graduates, to increase employment opportunities for college graduates.
