摘　　要： 高职德育与普通高等学校的德育有所不同，高职德育有其特殊性的一面。系统论原理从理论基础上构建了一个具有高职院校特色的、适应人才市场需求的德育实施体系，并且提出了实施德育体系应遵循的原则和重点内容，建设以现实生活为原点，融传统德育和创新德育为一体，社会、学校、家庭、个人为一体，职业性与实践性为一体的系统德育过程。 Moral education in higher vocational colleges differs from that of universities. Moral education in higher vocational colleges has its own specialty side. The system principle constructs a moral education system suitable for the higher vocational colleges and meeting the needs of preparing talents for the market. It proposes that the practice of moral education in higher vocational colleges should take real life as the starting point. It is a combination of traditional moral education and moral education innovation, a combination of society, school, family and individual and a combination of occupation and practice.
