摘　　要： 高职德育与普通高等学校的德育有所不同，高职德育有其特殊性的一面．系统论原理从理论基础上构建了一个具有高职院校特色的、适应人才市场需求的德育实施体系，并且提出了实施应遵循的原则和重点内容，建设以现实生活为原点，融传统德育和创新德育为一体，社会、学校、家庭、个人为一体，职业性与实践性为一体的系统德育过程。 The moral education in higher vocational colleges is different from that of universities, because higher vocational moral education has its own specialty side. System principle constructs a moral education system suitable for the higher vocational colleges and meets the needs of preparing talents for the market.The principle and content are proposed .in the process of practice.
