摘　　要： 创业型经济是创新和创业驱动的现代经济形态,被研究学者视为保持经济持久活力与实现稳定增长的基石。其理论可以追溯到Schumpeter以及Marshall等学者的经济发展理论,在其理论基础上Drucker基于石油危机前后创新创业活跃、中小企业繁荣以及经济增长持续的美国经济率提出先创业型经济概念及其理论主张,随后Audretsch和Thurik等研究学者对于柏林墙倒塌后的欧洲创业型经济进行了系统梳理及理论建构。创业型经济的理论和时间经历了一个发展过程,并在不同时代环境、不同国家和地区以及不同的文化背景下呈现出不同的形态,因而其建构的路径也应存在差异,但是社会经济中各参与主体的创新与创业精神得以保持与维护的创业型社会的构建却是创业型经济建构的根本。 The entrepreneurial economy is modern economy driven by innovation and entrepreneurship , which is regarded as the cornerstone of modern economy to keep lasting vitality and achieve sustainablility. Based on innovative entrepreneurial activity, prosperous and stable economic growth from small and medium-sized enterprises in U.S.A. after Oil Crisis, Drucker protestede the concept of entrepreneurial economy firstly,which could traced back to the Schumpeter and Marshall＆#39;s theory of economic development. Therewith Audretsch ＆amp; Thurik et. Al. has carried on the systematic carding and theoretical construction of entrepreneurial economy according to European performance after the fall of the Berlin wall. The theory of entrepreneurial economy has experienced a developing process,which will be shaped in different forms in different times, different countries and regions, and different cultural background. While its construction path should also be variable, but the base is to keep and maintain individual innovation/entrepreneurship from citizens？ or any kinds of organization, which can be discriped as entrepreneurial society.
