摘　　要： 拓展训练是从国外引进的,在和中国本土文化结合过程中经历了相应时期、相应阶段.本文详细阐述了拓展训练在各个时期的发展及带给我们的启示,为拓展训练的理论研究及在我国的实践推进提供参考和借鉴. Outward Bound is imported from abroad, experience and Chinese local culture combined with the corre- sponding period, the corresponding stage. This paper describes the expansion of training in various periods of develop- ment and the revelation of reference for Outward Bound theoretical research and practice in China to promote.
