摘　　要： 本文从拓展训练的特点谈起,阐述了高校开展拓展训练过程中存在的很多问题,如项目设计不合理、教练操作水平较低等,并就存在的这些问题提出了相应的对策。 Starting from the characteristics of outward bound training,this article elaborates the existing problems in outward bound training of universities,such as an unreasonable project design and a low operation level,and then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
