摘　　要： 加快高职院校教师发展中心建设是现代职业教育发展的必然要求,也是推动教师专业化发展的有力载体。然而,在当前高职院校教师发展中心建设中,还存在着角色定位不够清晰、力量配备不够充足、作用发挥不够凸显、活动举办不够科学等问题。据此,需要提高重视程度,加强顶层设计;明确角色定位,突出工作重心;夯实建设基础,稳定建设步伐;强化活动互动,凸显校本特征;做好评估应用,提升建设水平。 It is an inevitable requirement to accelerate the construction of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges for the development of modern vocational education, and also a powerful carrier to promote the professional development of teachers. However, there are still questions in the current construction of teacher development centers in higher vocational colleges such as lack of clear positioning of roles, insufficient capacity, insufficient performance, and insufficient scientific organization. Accordingly, it is necessary to increase the degree of emphasis, strengthen the top-level design; clarify the role orientation, highlight the focus of work; consolidate the foundation of construction, stabilize the pace of construction; strengthen the interaction of activities, highlight the school-based characteristics; do a good job in assessment and application, and improve the level of construction.
