摘　　要： 话语标记语是一种常见的语言现象，很多学者从不同角度对其功能进行了诸多有益的探索。但是专门建立话语标记语语料库对其研究并不多见。基于语料库的方法能够对其进行更加详实和科学的分析。本文将对话语标记语语料库建设的目的、意义、基本框架及其赋码原则等方面作详细的介绍。 Discourse marker （DM） is a common phenomenon in linguistics field, and many researchers have done many instructive works to it. However, it＇s not common to set up a specialized corpus to annote discourse markers for researching. The corpus-base approach can analyze DMs clearer and more scientifically. The purpose, meaning, basic framework and tagging rule of DMs Corpus are elaborated in this essay.
