摘 要: 本文利用2008—2014年中国28个省份的高技术产业数据,运用固定效应模型实证分析了要素市场扭曲和制度质量对研发投入的影响,并将研究样本分为东部、中部和西部进行分地区回归。研究结果表明:要素市场扭曲与高技术产业研发投入显著负相关,且要素市场扭曲对R&D人员投入的影响远超过对R&D资金投入的影响;制度质量与高技术产业研发投入显著正相关,但其促进作用相对较弱;就其他控制变量而言,除了外资依存度外,政府与市场的关系、行业出口倾向和企业绩效均与高技术产业研发投入显著负相关;就分地区回归而言,要素市场扭曲和制度质量对高技术产业研发投入的影响均存在地区差异。 This article uses the high-tech industry data of 28 provinces in China during 2008-2014 to analyze the impact of factor market distortions and institutional quality on R&D investment with the fixed effect model.Besides,we divide the research samples into the east,the middle and the west to make regional regression.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between factor market distortions and R&D investment in high-tech industry,and the effect of factor market distortions on R&D personnel investment is far greater than that on R&D capital investment.Institutional quality is positively correlated with R&D investment in high-tech industry,but its promotion effect is relatively weak.In terms of other control variables,all factors include government intervention in the market,industry export propensity,and firm performance are significantly negatively correlated with high-tech industry R&D investment except for the degree of dependence on foreign capital.In terms of regional regression,the effects of factor market distortions and institutional quality on R&D investment in high-tech industries are all regionally different.
