摘　　要： 国际贸易新规则和国内竞争新趋势促使深圳必须大力发展服务贸易,服务业对外开放是推动深圳经济发展方式转变的主要动力,增强深圳在全国和全球竞争力的重要支柱。当今国际服务贸易合作协议谈判出现了新的制度安排,深圳需要借鉴这些创新模式,在谈判模式、承诺模式、提供模式、重点领域开放模式、外资开放模式、统计制度、法律制度的研究等领域进行改革。 The new trend of rules of international trade and domestic competition makes Shenzhen must vigorously develop the service trade. The openness of the service sector is the main driving force for the transformation of Shenzhen economic development mode and global competitiveness. The international service trade negotiation appeared new institutional arrangements. Shenzhen must learn from these innovation patterns in the Negotiation Model, the Commitment Mode, the Market Access Mode, the Industry Open Mode, Foreign Investment Mode, the Statistical System and the Legal System.
