摘　　要： 以企业微观调查数据为基础,从劳动力市场制度、经济自由化制度为出发点研究了制度质量对企业生产效率的影响。研究结果表明,限制性的劳动力市场制度,通常被认为不利于经济增长的制度对微观企业的生产效率存在着促进作用;与内涵、范围相对狭小的劳动市场自由化制度相比,被认为应该更加有利于经济增长的内涵、范围更加丰富的经济自由化制度却对企业绩效的改善存在着相对有限的影响。由此可见,制度质量的宏观影响和微观冲击之间存在着不一致性,进而要求对制度"好"与"坏"的分类也应该更加谨慎。 Using finn -level data from China, the relation between labor market institution, economic freedom institution and finn production efficiencyisstudied. The results demonstrate that certain institutions, like restrictive labor market regulations, that are considered bad for economic growth might be beneficial for production efficiency; whereas better business environment including much wider scale and richer nature, compared with the less one, which is considered a great benefit for economic growth , might have a limited effect on the firm efficiency. Therefore, the resuhs suggest that there might be significant differences in the macro - and micro - impacts of institutional quality, such that the classification of institutions into ＂good＂ and ＂bad＂ should be more careful.
