摘 要: 选择“慢就业”的高校毕业生人数呈上升趋势,引发广泛关注。社会因素、学校因素和个人因素的综合作用是导致该现象加剧的原因。有效应对“慢就业”,需要创造利于高校毕业生就业的外部环境,提高高校人才培养和社会经济发展需要的匹配度,做好职业生涯规划教育并加强精细化就业指导,以此增加高校毕业生的就业机会,使其职业目标清晰,对自身定位准确,进而全面提高就业质量。 The number of college graduates who choose“slow employment”is on the rise,causing widespread concern.The combined effect of social factors,school factors and personal factors is the cause of this phenomenon.Effectively responding to“slow employment”needs to create an external environment conducive to the employment of college graduates,to improve the matched degree between college talent training and socio-economic development needs,to do a good job of career planning education and to strengthen detailed employment guidance,in order to increase employment opportunity of university graduates,make them have career goal clear,make accurate self-positioning,and comprehensively promote employment quality.
