摘　　要： 针对粤北地区的调查发现,特殊学校教师对职后培训最需要"我国特教发展现状、存在的问题及对策"的理论知识及"特殊儿童不良情绪行为矫正的方法和策略"的实践技能,最认可"在特教一线有成熟管理经验的领导及经验丰富的骨干教师"担任培训者。目前培训存在着欠缺分类分层、重理论轻实践、异地集中限制惠及面等问题。针对当前情况,提出开展分类、分层、分学段培训,重视实践、理论、考核相结合,组建资源库、专家库、培训平台等建议。 The survey in northern Guangdong finds that teachers of schools for special education are in great need of the developmental theoretical knowledge of post-training on the status, problems and of special education, practical skills of the methods and strategies of correcting special children＇ s emotional behavior. Experienced leaders and teachers in the field of special education are most accepted as trainers. Some problems exists in the training, such as lack of hierarchical classification, imbalance between theories and practice, assembly in other areas, limited number of beneficiaries. In view of the current situation, some suggestions are put forward on offering the training with hierarchical classification, focusing on the combination of practice, theory and assessment, building the bank of resources, the bank of experts and the training platform.
