摘　　要： 为培养满足市场需要的高技能人才,强化和拓展青年高质量职业路径,促进美国职业教育的发展,美国实施了“青年新技能计划”。该计划将定义职业路径的质量标准、提供技术和资金援助,强调交流合作、确保公平准入、扩大基于工作的学习机会和提供职业咨询、通过信息收集来加强问责作为实施策略。其取得的经验主要是:关注市场供需情况,绘制地区职业发展愿景;注重交流合作,协调利益相关者参与;发挥政府作用,扩大基于工作的学习机会;加强问责,激励学习者的职业准备。 To cultivate high-quality,high-demand,high-skills talents that meet market needs,strengthen and expand high-quality career pathways for youth,then further promote the development of vocational education,the United States has implemented“the New Skills for Youth Initiative”.The initiative's implementation strategy is to define quality criteria for career paths,provide technical and financial assistance,emphasize exchanges and cooperation,ensure equitable access,expand work-based learning opportunities and provide career counseling,and strengthen accountability through information collection.Remarkable results have been achieved in expanding career paths and promoting the development of vocational education.Its implementation experience is as follows:paying attention to market supply and demand,drawing regional career development vision;focusing on exchanges and cooperation and coordinating stakeholder participation;leveraging the role of government to expand work-based learning opportunities;Enhancing accountability and motivating learners'career readiness.
