摘　　要： 在后大众化时期,我国民办高等教育发展正遭遇困厄之境。无论是从政府自身责任担当还是从民办高等教育属性出发,政府都应对民办高等教育进行干预,通过调控与扶助两个基本路径使其积极回应社会诉求,追求"公正"和"质量",从而获得持久、稳健的发展。 In the post-massification period, non-governmental higher education is faced with the declining of enrolment. From the perspective of the government responsibility or the perspective of the attribute of non-governmental higher education, the government should intervene by the approaches of regulation and assistance. Government intervention can prompt non-governmental higher education to respond to demands of society; to pursue the ultimate goal of justice and quality; and to achieve a lasting and steady development.
