摘　　要： 为培养满足市场需要的高质量、高需求、高技能人才,强化和拓展青年高质量职业路径,摩根大通公司于2016年启动了“青年新技能计划”。作为“青年新技能计划”的一部分,马萨诸塞州“青年新技能计划”以确定区域劳动力发展趋势、衔接中学与大学和职业路径、更新大学和职业咨询体系以及完善职业路径发展评估体系为实施策略,在完善职业准备系统方面成效显著。其对建设我国高质量职业教育的启示是:因地制宜,落实区域职业教育发展蓝图的制定;职业启蒙,做好中学和中学后职业教育的衔接工作;开展合作,为学生提供多元化的职业发展机会;注重职业规划,建设职业教育咨询服务平台;加强问责,完善职业教育的评估体系。 In order to cultivate high quality,highly demanded,and highly skilled talents that meet market's needs,in addition to strengthening and expanding the high-quality career path in young people,JPMorgan Chase&Co.launched the New Skills for Youth Initiative in 2016.As part of it,the Massachusetts New Skills for Youth Initiative has explored approaches to developing a career preparation system,like identifying regional labor development trends,connecting secondary-andtertiary education with career planning,updating university and career counseling systems,and improving career path development evaluation systems,and has achieved significant results.Chinses vocational education could borrow many insights in this respect to facilitate its own high-quality development.Firstly,sketch locally characterized blueprints to serve better a region's specific needs.Secondly,develop a professional initiative program,and bridge the gap between secondary and post-secondary vocational education.Thirdly,attract attention to career planning,and build a vocational education consulting service platform.Finally,strengthen accountability,and improve the evaluation system of vocational education.
