摘　　要： 技术保护是数字资源版权架构的基础支撑,其实施与限制关涉数字版权作品价值链中所有参与者的权益。应以维护和平衡各方利益为基础,遏制版权人对技术保护措施的滥用,进一步完善版权制度,使之朝着公共利益优先的方向发展。 Technical protection is the basic support of digital resources copyright.Entire participants’ right and interest is involved in its implementation and restriction in the value of the digital copyright.Mis-use of technical protection should be restrained and be based on the benefit to each side,and also further perfect the copyright system to develop the right of both sides.
