摘　　要： 创建高水平教学师资队伍是一项系统工程,要围绕教学水平的提高打造具有共同教学目标、拥有优势互补特性、沟通与协作良好、具有有效激励制度和学术领军者的一流教学师资队伍。紧抓知识、技能互补型教学师资队伍和教学团队的建设,营造教学队伍可持续发展的制度环境,是提高教学水平和教学质量的关键。 Constructing a high level teaching faculty is a systematic project.We should focus on the improving of teaching level to create a first-class teaching faculty possessing common teaching goals,complementary advantages,good communication and cooperation,as well as effective incentive systems and academic leader.The key to improve teaching level and teaching quality is to pay attention to the constructing of teaching faculty and teaching team which can complement each other by different knowledge and skills.In addition,it is very important to create an institutional environment to keep the teaching force with sustainable development.
