摘　　要： 正如社会分层,在班级这个特殊的小社会中同样存在学生地位的分化。在同一个班级中,处于不同社会地位的学生享有着不同的班级教育资源。关注教育活动的实质,分析学生班级内社会生活的实际境遇,可以为学生学校教育成败做出更好的解释。另一方面,也能够使教育者认识班级社会的实质,并结合不同班级社会地位学生的不同心理特点进行更加科学的教育和输导,以促进教育过程的平等。 Everybody in the same class has different social status because it seems like a little society.Different social status in the class offers to each student the completely different culture resources,so the students may experience the definitely different education resources although in the same class.It as well attempted that paying close attention to the essence of human life and recovering the origin of educating activities to explain the reasons why students failed in the school.
