摘 要: 在我国教育民主化过程中,高校实行"教授治校"的民主管理制度是大势所趋。"教育民主化"与"教授治校"是形殊质同的统一体。教育民主化视野中"教授治校"的内涵及外延是:教授治校是"体",而非"用";教授治校亦是教师治校或共同治校;治校的理想是学术自治,行政其中。教育民主化背景下"教授治校"的实现因素:学术法制化;学校构建以院系级决策为主体的权力体系;营造民主管理的文化氛围。 Professorial governance has been becoming an inevitable trend in the process of educational democratization in China. "Educational democratization" and "professorial governance" are in fact the same in na- ture but different in form. From the perspective of educational democratization, professorial governance means governance by teachers or joint governance, so it is the essence rather than a form. The ideal of the govern- ance is academic autonomy with administration. The ways to professorial governance are legalization of scholarship, establishment of a decision-making system with colleges and departments as its main decision makers, and formation of a cultural atmosphere for democratic management.
