摘　　要： 自1992年国际气候谈判启动以来,国际社会就围绕CO2减排议题展开了激烈的博弈。在京都谈判和后京都谈判两个阶段,中国积极开展多边气候外交,为推动国际气候变化谈判做出了突出贡献。面对越来越重的减排压力,中国应根据新形势调整国际气候谈判立场和策略,维护和拓展本国国家利益和人类共同利益。 Since the international climate negotiation was started in 1992,the international community launched a fierce game around the CO2 emissions reduction issue.At two stages negotiations of Kyoto and post-Kyoto,China has been actively carrying out multi-lateral climate diplomacy and had made great contribution to promoting negotiations on international climate change.Facing heavier and heavier pressure on emission reduction,China should adjust its position and policy in the international climate change negotiations and maintain and develop the national interests and the interests of the whole mankind.
