摘　　要： 目前金融机构对非公有制企业特别是其中的中小企业贷款主要采取抵押担保贷款的形式,而非公有制中小企业大多缺乏有效的抵押,所以担保难成为制约非公有制中小企业融资的瓶颈。如何大力发展信用担保业,是目前值得我们关注的一个热点问题。 At present, non-state-owned enterprises, especially middle and small size firms get the loans by finance institutes, which are mainly mortgage secured loan. However, most of non-state-owned and middle and small-size firms are short of effective mortgage which becomes the key problem of their finances. How to develop the serviceof credit mortgage has been the hot discussing point we should pay attention to.
