摘　　要： 思想政治理论课是高职院校大一学生的公共必修课。如何在高职院校发挥思想政治理论课程的功能,增强思想政治理论课教学实效性,是摆在学校和授课教师面前的必须解决的问题。增强高职院校思想政治理论课教学实效性,学生学习观念的转变是前提,思政教师教学观念的转变是关键,良好的师生互动是重要途径。 Ideological and political theory is a public required course for vocational college freshmen. How to give full play of ideological and political theory courses, and enhance the effectiveness of teaching political theory,is a urgent problem placed in front of schools and teaching teachers to be resolved by schools and teachers,the change of students＇learning concept is a prerequisite,the change of teach- ers＇concept of ideological and political is the key, and the interaction between teachers and students is an effective way.
