摘 要: 目的:测定蒲桃枝叶的化学成分类型及其总酚和总黄酮的含量,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。方法:用石油醚、95%乙醇和水分别对蒲桃枝叶进行提取,根据颜色反应及沉淀反应初步判断蒲桃枝叶所含化学成分的类型。采用福林酚比色法(Folin-Ciocalteu)和Al(NO3)3络合分光光度法分别测定蒲桃枝叶乙醇提取物中总黄酮和总酚的含量。结果:蒲桃枝叶中可能含有糖、多糖、油脂、甾体、三萜类、鞣质、内酯、苷类、黄酮、酚类、香豆素类等化学成分,其中总酚含量为24.71%,总黄酮含量为20.77%。结论:初步确定蒲桃枝叶中具有多种有效成分,为蒲桃枝叶的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。 Objective The total phenolic acid content,total flavonoid content and preliminary experiment for chemical components in stems and leaves of Syzygium jambos were studied in vitro to provide foundation for further study and application. Methods The mixture was extracted from the Syzygium jambos with 95% ethanol,purified water and petrol ether,respectively. The chemical components of Syzygium jambos were preliminarily demonstrated using precipitation reaction and color reaction of multiple indicators.The contents of total phenols and total flavonoids from Syzygium jambos were determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric method and Al(NO_3)_3 complexation spectrophotometric method method,respectively. Results Syzygium jambos might contain sugars,polysaccharide,glycosides,tannins,steroids,triterpenoids,lactones,coumarins,cardiac glycosides,flavonoids,phenols and oil. The total phenolic acid content and total flavonoid content of Syzygium jambos were 24. 71% and 20. 77%,respectively. Conclusion Syzygium jambos contains many types of chemical composition,which provides scientific basis for further development and utilization of Syzygium jambos.
