摘 要: 在9~10mol/LHCl介质中用CCl4萃取锗,分离共存元素,再反萃取到水相,在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,锗与显色剂PF(苯基荧光酮)生成1∶2络合物,分光光度法测定食品和中药中锗含量。Ge(Ⅳ)-PF-CTMAB体系可稳定2h,最大吸收峰在506nm,摩尔吸收系数为1.27×05L·mol-1·cm-1.锗含量在0~0.36mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,相对标准偏差为4.4%,回收率为93%~110%,适用于食品、中药和某些矿样中锗的测定. Germanium was extracted into CCl4 from food and traditional Chinese medicine in a medium of 9~10 mol/L HCI, then extracted back into water. In the presence of CTMAB, Ge and PF fromed a 1∶2 complex. The system of Ge (Ⅳ) -PF-CTMAB can be stabilized for 2 h. The content of Ge was determined by spectrophotometry at 506 nm. The molar absorptivity is 1. 27×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 and the Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0. 36 mg/L of Ge. Its relative standard deviation is 4. 4 %, recovery is 93 %~110 %. This method has been used to determine Ge in some food, traditional Chinese medicine and ores.
