摘　　要： 欧洲法院作为欧共体的司法机关 ,在欧共体的建设与发展乃至欧洲一体化之进程中所发挥的重大作用 ,是其他任何国际司法机关所无法比拟的。欧洲法院在其司法实践中 ,为实现其所意欲推进的政策目标 ,确立和发展了一整套司法解释的方法论。该方法论不仅丰富了欧共体法律制度本身 。 The European Court of Justice(ECJ)——the judicial organ of the Communitiy,has been playing an unique role in the establishment and the development of the Community as well as in the process of European integration.To promote the policy goal it intends to carry out,the ECJ has established its own interpretative methodology through its judicial practice,which is not only enriched the Community legal system itself,but also challenged strongly to the theory and practice of traditional international law.
