摘　　要： 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法探讨体育纠纷处理中的第三人问题,并对我国体育仲裁中有关第三人问题的规定提出了几点建议。 Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper discusses the third party problems in the processing of sports dispute. It also presents several proposals to the stipulation of the third party problem in Chinese sports arbitration.
