摘　　要： 从科技企业孵化器的理论基础出发,结合国内外的研究现状,分析国内外孵化器的政策支持,在吸收国内外经验的基础上,剖析广东省孵化器面临的问题,并提出对策与建议。 Technology business incubator is the carrier to cultivate science and technology enterprises, andplays an impor- tant role in implementing the innovation - driven strategy and building a new system of the open economy. Based on the do- mestic and foreign experience, this paper analyses the problems accumulated in development of Guangdong incubators, and combined with the current policy implemented in Guangdong, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
