摘 要: 以广东省2007—2016年的数据为基础,研究科技创新对土地集约利用的影响,为从创新视角推动土地集约利用提供决策参考。运用多因素综合评价法测算土地集约利用和科技创新能力的分值,然后运用线性回归分析方法分析两者之间的关系,并应用因子分析法中方差贡献率特点分析影响因素对土地集约利用的影响程度。研究得出科技创新与土地集约利用存在正比关系,其中科技创新投入强度对土地集约利用的影响程度远远大于科技创新产出水平和科技创新社会环境的结论。最后根据分析结果,提出若干促进广东省土地集约利用的对策建议。 Based on the data of Guangdong province from 2007 to 2016, this paper explores the impact of science and technology innovation on intensive land use in Guangdong province, to provide reference for promoting intensive land use from the perspective of innovation. Multi-factor assessment method is used to calculate the division of land intensive use and science and technological innovation ability, then the linear regression analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between them. By using the variance contribution rate features in factor analysis method, the paper analyzes the influence degree of influencing factors on land intensive utilization. Results of the study show that, there is a positive relationship between science and technology innovation and land intensive use, in which the impact of the intensity of science and technology innovation investment on land intensive use is far greater than the level of science and technology innovation output and the social environment of scientific and technological innovation. In future, Guangdong province should focus on transforming scientific and technological achievements and building an environment of science and technology innovation. Finally, according to the result of the calculation, some countermeasures and suggestions to promote intensive land use in Guangdong province are put forward.
