摘　　要： 公共政策执行监督是保证既定政策目标得以实现以防止政策执行偏差的重要手段。然而,我国目前公共政策执行监督体制仍不完善,仍受多重因素制约而不能有效发挥其监督功能。因此,可以从提高监督主体的监督意识和素质;增强专门监督机构的权威;构建严密有效的监督网络;完善公共政策执行监督的制度保障和健全责任追究制度等方面予以完善。 The supervision on public policy implementation is not only the assurance to realize the aim of the public policy but also an important means to prevent it from being implemented out of the track. However, the supervising system for implementation of the public policy still has its shortcomings due to factors from many facets, which turns out that it can not bring its functions into full play effectively. So this article puts forward measures from following aspects, such as： strengthening the supervising awareness and quality from the watchdog, reinforcing the authorities from the watchdog agency, constructing an effective and rigorous supervising network, improving the institutional guarantee for the supervision on the public policy implementation, perfecting the system of calling to account and so on, in a hope to ensure the system.
