摘　　要： 通过对广州市H精神病院住院病人与医院康复科工作人员的参与观察及深入访谈,发现精神病院住院病人被污名化的社会刻板印象不仅使病人自身受到影响,也加重了家庭的心理和经济负担,医护人员在医疗模式下也扮演着同病人既亲近又对立的矛盾角色。认为可通过加强亲属对污名的辨别抵抗能力,对医护人员进行医学人文教育,增强患者自身祛污名的动力等方面来去污名化。 Through the participation observation and in-depth interview of hospitalized patients and staff of the rehabilitation department in a mental hospi- tal in Guangzhou, it is found that the stereotype of mental patients caused by public stigma not only affects the patients in hospital, but also imposes heavier psychological and economic burden on their families. The medical slaff play a role of contradiction under the mode of treatment; on one hand, they are close to the patients; on the other hand, they stand on the opposite side of the patienls. This paper suggests that to eliminate negative effect of stigmatization, family relatives should be encouraged to strengthen their ability of identifying and resisting the stigmatization of mental patients, the medical staff should receive medical humanities education, and patients should enhance the motive power of anti--stig- ma in themselves.
