摘　　要： 采用文献资料研究法,分析了民族传统体育的民族特色及舞龙、舞狮运动在高校开展的作用,论述了舞龙、舞狮运动在我国高校的发展前景. On the basis of document research methords this paper analyses the traditional features of Chinese physical culture.It especially discusses the effect of the dance dragon and the dance lion in colleges and universities and points out its promisiny future.
