摘　　要： 通过对终身体育内涵及课外体育与终身体育的关系进行分析,阐述了课外体育在培养高校学生终身体育意识中的重要地位,并探讨了培养高校学生终身体育意识的途径和科学方法. This paper analyzes the intention of lifelong physical education and the relations between extracurricular physical education and lifelong physical education It takes up the important role of extracurricular physical education in cultivating lifelong physical education of college students. At the same time, it also approaches their ways of cultivating the consciousness of lifelong physical education.
