摘 要: 牵引电机作为机车最重要的驱动部件,故障类型较多,一旦发生故障将严重危及行车安全。研究有效的牵引电机故障检测及诊断技术对于保障行车安全具有重要意义。首先对电力机车牵引电机常见故障及其原因进行了分析,随后介绍了各类故障的传统诊断方法及智能诊断方法,最后比较了传统方法及智能诊断方法的区别并对智能诊断的实际应用进行了展望。 As the most important driving component of the locomotive, the traction motor has many types of faults. Once a fault occurs, it will seriously endanger the driving safety. Studying effective traction motor fault detection and estimation technology is of great significance for ensuring driving safety. This paper first analyzes the common faults and causes of electric locomotive traction motors. Then the traditional estimation methods and intelligent estimation methods for various types of faults are introduced. Finally, the differences between traditional methods and intelligent diagnosis methods are compared and the practical application of intelligent estimation is prospected.
