工艺转向架总体方案和牵引/制动计算

摘  要: 对地铁车辆检修用工艺转向架进行了研究,开发了一种新型工艺转向架组,该工艺转向架组由动力工艺转向架和非动力工艺转向架组成,能够适应不同厂家车辆车体的架修要求。地铁车辆检修时,车体和转向架分离,工艺转向架组支撑车体,运载到指定检修区间。介绍了工艺转向架优点和总体方案;对工艺转向架进行了牵引计算和制动计算,计算结果表明,工艺转向架组牵引地铁车辆车体在平直轨道上行驶时,不会出现打滑现象;动力工艺转向架组牵引地铁车辆车体在平直湿滑轨道上行驶并采取制动措施时,也不会出现打滑现象。 In this paper,the process bogie used for subway vehicle maintenance is studied,and a new process bogie set is developed,which is composed of power process bogie and non-power power bogie and can adapt to different intermediate repair requirements of vehicle bodies of different manufacturers.During the maintenance of subway vehicles,the vehicle body and the bogie are separated,the process bogie set supports the vehicle body,and the vehicle is carried to the designated maintenance area.Besides,the advantages and overall scheme of the process bogie are introduced;the traction calculation and braking calculation of the process bogie are carried out and the results show that when the process bogie set draws the body of the subway vehicle on a straight track,there will be no skidding;when the body of the subway vehicle is drawn by the bogie set on a straight and slippery track and the braking measures are taken,there will be no skidding,either.
