摘 要: 简要介绍了最新出口哈萨克斯坦动车组车轴的主要设计参数,依据规范EN 13104—2010中的车轴强度分析方法,选取了16个车轴截面进行了应力、弯矩、安全系数的计算与疲劳强度校核.应用基于Hypermesh与Ansys的联合仿真,建立相应的轮对有限元模型,计算了车轴的静强度与位移变形.结果表明,车轴各个截面应力均低于对应的许用应力,且存在较高的安全裕度,车轴满足强度设计规范. Briefly introduce the main design parameters of axle of EMU which exported to Kazakhstan latest.According to the axle strength analysis method of EN 13104—2010,the stress,bending moment,safety coefficients and fatigue strength of the 16 sections of axle are calculated and analyzed.Then,based on the co-simulation of Hypermesh and Ansys,with establishing the finite element model of the wheel pair,the static strength and displacement of the axle are calculated by the finite element method.The results show,the stress of each section of the axle is lower than the corresponding allowable stress with the high margin of safety.The axle strength meets the requirement of design.
