摘 要: 基于APDL的有限元优化设计方法,对工艺转向架构架和支撑装置进行优化设计分析,得到的轻量化构架和支撑装置的结构受力更加合理,构架和支撑定位装置应力分布均匀,实现减重18.9%,可以满足静强度和疲劳强度的要求。 Based on APDL's finite element optimization design method,the optimized design analysis of the process bogie frame and support positioning device was carried out.The construction force of the light weight frame and support positioning device were more reasonable,and the stress distribution of the frame and support positioning device was evenly.The mass is reduced by 18.9 % and counld meet the requirement of static strength,and fatigue strength.
