摘　　要： 拟从民国初年巡回文库发展背景入手,分析巡回文库的现状,探讨京师小学教员巡回文库的经营与实践。民国初年巡回文库的出现不仅使图书馆的书籍得到了活用,拓宽了读者对象,而且丰富了民众生活,贴近于平民教育,开启了民智。 This paper from the early years of Minguo starts with the background of the development of itinerant library, analyzes of itinerant library of the status quo and discusses the capital primary school teachers of itinerant library management and practice. Itinerant library in the early years of Minguo appears not only library books have been using widened the target audience, but also enriched the life of the people, close to the civilian population in education and the wisdom to open.
