摘　　要： 本文在调研的基础上，对当前高职院校学生党建工作中存在的问题进行分析，总结归纳为“十重十轻”，即重功利轻思想、重数量轻质量、重发展轻培养、重入党前教育轻入党后教育、重校内轻校外、重借鉴轻创新、重硬件轻软件、重学生轻教师、重结果轻过程、重眼前轻长远。 This article in the investigation and study foundation,constructs the question to the current quality colleges and universities student party which in the work exists to carry on the analysis,summarizes induces ＂heavily into ten ten light＂ front,after namely the heavy utility light thought, renumbers the quantity light quality quantity, develops the light raise again,joins a political party again educates joins a political party lightly educates, in the readjustment light extracurricular, profits from the light innovation, the heavy hardware light software, the heavy student light teacher, the heavy result light process again, heavy is light at present long-term.
