摘　　要： 高职院校区域布局不均衡是我国高职教育区域协调发展亟需解决的现实问题。区域布局结构不均衡主要表现在三个层面:一是省际间不均衡,各省高职院校数差距大;二是地区间不均衡,高职院校主要聚集在东中部地区,西部地区高职院校数较少,尤其是民办高职教育资源相对稀缺;三是城市间不均衡,中心城市依然是高职院校分布比较密集区域,尤其是中西部省份的民办高职院校主要位于各省的中心城市。为推动高职教育区域协调发展,国家主管部门应配套政策安排,省级及以下地方主管部门要发挥协调推动作用,高职院校尤其是民办高职院校要利用资源优势创新发展模式。 The imbalance of regional distribution structure is a key problem for regional coordinated development of higher vocational education, and it mainly embodies three aspects： firstly, the imbalance among 31 provinces, such as the number of higher vocational colleges of 31 provinces is significantly different from each other; secondly, the imbalance among four economic regions, such as much more higher vocational colleges lies in the eastern China and there are a little polytechnics lying in the western China, in which there are less private higher vocational colleges; thirdly, the imbalance between cities, such as much more polytechnics lie in center cities, especially private higher vocational colleges lying in provinces of western China and central China are much more in central cities. In order to promote the regional coordinated development of higher vocational education, the government should made mechanisms about adjusting the polytechnic structure of regional distribution, the regional government should coordinate the interests among different groups and the higher vocational colleges especially the private polytechnics should take advantages of the resources to promote innovative development mode.
