摘 要: 共建共享是职业教育专业教学资源库建设的基本形式,实现高职院校的优质均衡发展是其最终目的。当前我国职业教育专业教学资源库建设呈现如下特征:牵头主体多元化,独立模式与合作模式并存,以独立模式为主;资源库建设数量增加、速度提升,并呈现出新变化;资源库牵头单位主要集中分布在东部省份,主要以国家示范性(骨干)院校为主,非国家重点建设高职院校逐步增加;牵头单位以理工类高职院校为主,资源库所属专业大类也以理工类为主,其中,最为集中的为装备制造大类。职业教育专业教学资源库建设应在企业参与主体身份确认、中职学校参与度、质量监控、区域协调发展及相关的研究和组织协调方面进行重点改革,以体现"共建共享",为高职院校优质均衡发展提供助力。 It is a basic form to build together and share each other for specialized teaching resources database(STRD) of higher vocational education, and it is the ultimate aim to improve the quality and realize balanced development for higher vocational education. There are some characteristics of STRD of higher vocational education in modern times. For example, the leading body is diversified, and coexistence of single mode and cooperation mode; the number of the STRD is increasing; most of the leading body of the STRD lay on the east of China; most of leading higher vocational colleges are the national model schools, and the number of other types of higher vocational colleges is increasing; natural Sciences Tech is the mainly body college and most STRDs belong to science and engineering major, especially the most of majors is the equipment manufacturing major. In future, we should pay more attention on the participation of company and secondary vocational schools, regional balance development and other coordinating and researching reform in order to reflect building together and sharing each other, and improve the quality and balance development of higher vocational education.
