摘　　要： 从资源建设、借阅规则、学科服务、空间与设备、阅读推广等方面深入调查我国台湾地区88所技专校院图书馆的规章制度建设情况,发现台湾技专校院图书馆的规章制度具有注重细化与量化、联盟共享以及社会化服务等特色。从中得出完善内地同类院校图书馆的规章制度建设的几点启示:需要注重制度的共性与个性、制度的系统性与权威性、制度的细化与量化、制度的衔接与配套。 Based on the in depth study of the rules and regulations of 88 vocational college libraries in Taiwan, which including collection development, loan, subject service, space and equipment, reading pro motion and so on, this paper discovers characteristics focusing on the refinement and quantization, resource sharing among the alliance and the outreach service. Thus the paper summarized several suggestions for im- provement such as attentions to both commonness and individuality; systematic and authoritativeness; re- finement and quantization; connection and supporting of the system etc.
