摘　　要： 针对当前高校实验室后勤保障管理存在的问题,提出以目标管理理论来构建实验室后勤保障管理体系,并对目标管理在实验室后勤保障的应用进行详细的论述。以实验教学示范中心后勤保障为例,阐述了目标管理在实验室后勤保障管理机制中的应用,并从后勤保障满意度的角度对实验教学示范中心后勤保障运用目标管理的关键考核环节进行绩效评价。最终从实验用房保障、实验安全保障、水电保障和物资配备保障等四个方面构建4个一级指标及13个二级指标的实验教学示范中心的后勤保障满意度评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并应用模糊综合评价法确定了实验教学示范中心后勤保障满意度评价模型对目标管理的考核环节进行绩效评价。 Aiming at the problems existing in the logistics management of college laboratories,this paper proposes to establish a laboratory logistics support management system based on the goal management theory,and discusses the application of target management in laboratory logistics support.Taking the logistics support of experimental teaching demonstration center as an example,expound the application of object management in the logistic support management mechanism of laboratory,and from the point of view of logistics support satisfaction,performance evaluation is carried out on the key assessment links of target management in the logistics support of experimental teaching demonstration center.Finally,from the four aspects of experimental housing security,experimental safety guarantee,water and electricity security and material support guarantee,the logistics support satisfaction evaluation index system of four first-level indicators and 13 second-level experimental teaching demonstration centers will be constructed.The method determines the weight of the index,and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the performance evaluation model of the logistics support satisfaction evaluation model of the experimental teaching demonstration center.
