摘　　要： 党的十八大报告提出"坚持人民主体地位"是推进中国特色社会主义事业的基本要求,为实现全面建成小康社会奋斗目标提供了理论指导。中国人民在全面建成小康社会中主体地位的生成,是马克思主义唯物史观、中国共产党群众路线和中国特色社会主义依靠力量论等的具体运用,主要体现在实践主体地位、利益主体地位、价值主体地位三个方面。在新的历史条件下全面建成小康社会,必须激发人民的历史主动精神,必须依靠人民的创造性劳动,必须做好新形势下的群众工作。 Report of the party’s 18 puts forward “stick to people’s principal position”,which is essential for advan-cing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provides theoretical guidance for realizing the goal of building moderately prosperous society.The subject position of Chinese people in building moderately prosperous so-ciety,is the specific application of Marx materialism,the CPC mass line and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics relying forces,which mainly reflect in three aspects:the practice,interest and value subject position. Under the new historical conditions building moderately prosperous society,we must stimulate people’s historical ini-tiative,rely on the people’s creative labor,and do well the mass work in new situation.
