摘　　要： 文章分析了地方高校成人高等教育中学员人文素质缺失的成因,探讨了在教学计划中体现人文素质的培养目标,在课堂教学中注重人文素质的培养手段,在教学管理中凸显人文关怀,在各类活动中彰显学员的个性,加强地方高校成教学员人文素质的培养。 In this paper the deficiency of humanistic quality for higher adult education in local universities is analyzed, and the methods are investigated on how to reflect the training purpose of humanistic quality in the training plan, how to emphasize the training method in the classroom teaching, and how to disphy humanistic care in the teaching management. It is important to find some approaches to show the personality and characteristic for each student in various activities, and to strengthen the training of humanistic quality for higher adult education in local universities.
