摘　　要： 教学管理是高等教育管理的重要组成部分之一,也是高校管理的核心工作之一。二级学院的科学的教学管理,对提高教学质量、教学管理质量、办学效率和创建学校特色品牌等,具有重要的现实意义。民办本科高校二级学院教学管理中存在的问题主要有：教学管理制度不完善;管理水平不高,服务意识欠缺;责、权、利不明确;教学管理手段与方法落后等,相应的改进策略为：加强制度建设;加大管理力度,加强服务意识;明确责、权、利;改进管理手段与方法。 For the sake of strengthening the teaching management, many secondary colleges have been set up in Chinese universities, which adjusts to the rapid expanding enrollment. However, problems such as improp- er personal allocation, sticking too much to traditional conventions and norms and unclear distinction among responsibilities, rights and profits still exist in the secondary colleges in private universities. The strategies for improving the present situation are innovation of administration concept, scientific allocation of teachers and working staff, clarifying the distinctions among the responsibilities, rights and profits, and improving the means and modes of management.
